Job Summary

The Warehouse Coordinator executes daily warehouse shipping operations, inventory control, and ensures accurate counting, movement, and documentation of full goods, packaging materials, and finished products. This position is responsible for managing all aspects of inbound and outbound shipments, including scheduling, coordinating with carriers and drivers, preparing shipping and receiving documentation, and ensuring timely and accurate receipt and dispatch of goods. The Warehouse Coordinator supports the shift supervisor in managing inventory, supporting warehouse associates, and maintaining compliance with company and regulatory standards. The coordinator is accountable for inventory accuracy, operational efficiency, and supporting audits and process improvements across all shipping and warehouse functions.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Inbound and Outbound Shipment Management :

Coordinates and manages all inbound and outbound shipments, ensuring timely receipt and dispatch of materials and products

Conducts regular and cycle counts of full goods, packaging materials, and finished products, ensuring accuracy in physical and system records

Organizes and consolidates inventory to optimize storage and prepare for incoming shipments or production runs

Supports the daily direction and training of warehouse associates, including onboarding and ongoing initiatives

Accurately completes all required paperwork and electronic records for inventory, shipments, and warehouse activities

Adheres to company policies, Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and all applicable regulatory requirements (OSHA, FDA, TTB, etc.)
