Join WorkFit Medical Staffing as an LPN in Long-Term Care and make a difference in the lives of residents in need of compassionate care. We are currently seeking dedicated Licensed Practical Nurses to deliver outstanding patient care in a supportive and collaborative environment.
As an LPN, your primary responsibilities will include :
- Providing nursing care and monitoring the health status of residents.
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the medical team.
- Documenting patient care and maintaining accurate health records.
- Assisting residents with daily activities, including bathing, grooming, and mobility.
- Communicating effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
- Adhering to infection control and safety measures to maintain a healthy environment.
