A company is looking for a Technical Product Analyst to provide technical customer service for their software.
Key Responsibilities
Monitor and manage support ticketing system to address customer issues within defined SLA guidelines
Participate in collaborative engagements to resolve client issues and improve case outcomes
Seek out training opportunities to enhance product knowledge and technical skills
Required Qualifications
1+ year of Help Desk and / or customer service experience
1+ year of basic PC troubleshooting and / or repair experience
1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office suite
Bachelor's or Associate's degree in IT or related field is preferred
1+ year of scripting experience (e.g., SQL, Progress, Powershell) is preferred
