Job descriptionContract Type : Locum Tenens (1099) Start Date : ASAP – Ongoing Practice Setting : Freestanding Emergency Department 12-Hour Shifts 24-Hour Shifts Patient Volume : 20–25 patients per day (low-acuity) Coverage Model : Single Physician Coverage EMR : Picis Board Certification : ABEM / AOBEM, ABFM, or ABIM Experience : Recent ER experience preferred Licensure : Active Texas Medical License required Certifications : ACLS, BLS, PALS (must be current) Residency : Must reside in Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex Other : Must be comfortable practicing solo and capable of handling general emergency presentations independently Concierge credentialing and onboarding team Weekly direct deposit Premium malpractice coverage included (AAA-rated) Full transparency and 24 / 7 support Access to a nationwide network of high-performing locum tenens opportunities Adjust your work schedule to accommodate personal commitments, hobbies, or pursuits outside of medicine, promoting a balanced and fulfilling lifestyle. About The Position
Dallas-Fort Worth, Texas Freestanding Emergency Medicine Locum Tenens (Local Only)
Rhino Medical is leading the charge seeking experienced and locally based and Board Certified Emergency Medicine or Family Medicine Physicians to join our DFW freestanding ED network . This is a low-acuity, high-autonomy opportunity with multiple flexible shift options, built for providers looking to maintain a manageable case load while staying close to home.
