The financial analyst prepares various financial and operational reports on a monthly basis. Prepares bonus analysis on each provider and prepares supporting paperwork for accrual and payment processing. Assists in preparing Monthly Operations Report (MOR). Prepares monthly financial packet for each COID, presents financials at meetings and documents meeting outcomes. Educates providers on their individual financial statements, wRVU reports, bonus structure, and other financial topics. Assists in preparation and analysis of the monthly budget. Responsible for assisting in the month end close process and completion of account reconciliations. Works closely with hospital CFO to ensure financials are posted correctly in HOST and moved timely if posted incorrectly. Maintains physician practice contracts spreadsheets for employment agreements and building leases. Assists with decisions and analyses regarding improving performance and additional lines of business.

Minimum education Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business / Healthcare administration related area. Minimum Work Experience Two or more years of related financial analysis experience. Required Skills Requires critical thinking skills, decisive judgment, and the ability to work with minimal supervision. Must be able to work in a stressful environment and take appropriate action.
