Position Overview :
As a Radiologic Technologist , you will play a critical role in providing high-quality diagnostic imaging services to our patients. Your main duties will include performing radiographic imaging exams, operating radiology equipment, and ensuring patient safety and comfort. You'll work with a team of experienced healthcare professionals to deliver accurate imaging results that are essential for diagnosing and treating patients.
Key Responsibilities :
Perform diagnostic radiologic procedures, including X-rays and other imaging studies, ensuring high-quality results.Safely operate radiographic equipment and ensure proper positioning to obtain the best images.Work closely with physicians and other healthcare providers to support patient diagnosis and care.Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper documentation of imaging procedures.Follow radiation safety protocols to protect patients, yourself, and colleagues.Provide excellent patient care by explaining procedures and making patients feel at ease during exams.Participate in departmental quality assurance and compliance with regulatory standards.Requirements :
Education : Associate's Degree or equivalent in Radiologic TechnologyCertification : Current ARRT certification requiredState License : Must hold or be eligible for licensure in IndianaExperience : Prior experience in radiologic technology preferred but not requiredSkills : Strong attention to detail, excellent patient care skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environmentCertifications : Basic Life Support (BLS) certification requiredWhy Choose Us?
