We’re looking for a Construction Superintendent to join our team.

Responsibilities :

Oversee all phases of luxury residential construction projects from planning through completion.

Supervise and support on-site personnel and subcontractors, maintaining a collaborative team environment.

Coordinate with Project Manager on scheduling and resource allocation to ensure timely, on-budget delivery.

Uphold the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship, ensuring work aligns with design intent and specifications provided.

Maintain a well-organized, safe, and productive job site at all times.

What We’re Looking For :

6+ years of experience managing high-end luxury construction projects.

Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively with sub-contractor teams. Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.

Strong organizational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage multiple moving parts under tight deadlines
