Emory Healthcare is seeking an experienced Advanced Practice Provider (APP) to join our Geriatric Primary Care team at Budd Terrace and A.G. Rhodes, skilled nursing and long term care centers.  Our on-site geriatric medical management team includes Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants focused on meeting the needs of a geriatric patient population.

Ideal candidate will have prior experience working as an NP or PA in geriatric medicine or a skilled nursing center.  Our APP's round on admitted patients in sub-acute and long term care settings.  Position will be Monday through Friday with no call requirements.
