Lead High-Impact TI Projects from Start to Finish - Join Pivotal Construction as a Commercial Construction Project Manager. Position Title : Commercial Construction Project Manager. Company : Pivotal Construction. Location : Kirkland, WA (onsite). Pay Range : $120,000-$140,000+ per year (based on experience) plus bonus eligibility. Industry : Commercial General Construction. This role leads Tenant Improvement (TI) projects, including interior build-outs and renovations in sectors such as restaurants, retail, medical offices, and financial institutions. Drive projects to be delivered on time, on budget, and to high quality standards. This is a fast-growing, team-driven environment where your leadership will be recognized and rewarded, requiring 5-10 years of GC experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of tenant improvement projects from preconstruction through closeout.
• Create and maintain project budgets, schedules, and logistics plans.
• Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and in-house teams to ensure efficiency and alignment.
• Lead preconstruction tasks including scope development, estimating, and value engineering.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, architects, engineers, and landlords.
• Review and manage RFIs, submittals, change orders, and other project documentation.
• Conduct site visits and monitor project progress to ensure quality and safety standards are upheld.
• Guide and support superintendents, project engineers, and administrative staff.
• Build lasting relationships with clients, consultants, and trade partners to drive repeat business.
• Identify risks early and implement strategies to mitigate delays, cost overruns, or compliance issues.
