Housekeeping Staff

Clean and service assigned guest rooms and corridors to the highest standards possible.

Cleans up to 10 rooms about 12 credits in an 8-hour shift, ensuring all standards of layout and cleanliness are that of Hilton laid down policy.

Ensure highest standard of cleaning in assigned areas.

Complete the working sheet and log all necessary information as per the standard and requirement, such as DND, L&F, any special case.

Ensure guest privacy is respected when DND status is displayed.

Offer all possible assistance to guests and respond to guests request.

Cleans and supplies guest rooms according to standards and procedures.

According to standards does turndown service.

Ensure master keys are kept secure at all times.

Good knowledge of Housekeeping Guest floors daily operation.

Flexible with working hours, able to work morning shift, afternoon shift, weekends and public holidays.

Good knowledge for using chemicals and clean rooms.
