Main purpose of the Preferred Admin role:

This is a full-time role for a candidate who will be acting as the point of contact and be the catalyst for the preferred inventory processing. The person in this role will work 40+ hours per week. Overtime will be assigned on an as needed basis. This position is temporary for the first 60 days. Upon successful completion of 60 days the position becomes a permanent addition to staff.


Major Responsibilities:

Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Using internal consoles to update inventory/order data.

• Reconcile discrepancies and inquiries from internal teams relating to preferred processing.

• Communicate with internal leadership on daily processing and backlogs.


Required Competencies:

To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Highly productive mindset

• Attention to detail when completing tasks

• Performs well in a team environment

• Punctual and can adhere to schedule (8AM-4:30PM)

• Willingness to work out of multiple local facilities on a daily basis.


Minimum Qualifications:

• Adequate English written and verbal communications skills

• Ability to work on feet and carry loads up to 25 pounds

• Able to work irregular or extended hours, including weekends if needed

• Basic data entry skills


Preferred Qualifications:

• 1+ years’ experience in order fulfillment or inventory control

• Knowledge in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

• Excellent written and verbal communications skills
