Key Responsibilities

Process dependent eligibility verification requests and support compliance audits

Assist with carrier billing reconciliation and validate data accuracy

Respond to Tier 1 inquiries regarding verification, billing, and benefits access

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, HR, or related field preferred

1+ years of experience in benefits administration, billing reconciliation, or customer service

Familiarity with benefits technology and proficiency in Excel

Experience with CRM / ticketing systems
