How will you make an impact in this role

The Analytics Investments and Marketing Enablement (AIM) team a part of Global Commercial Services Marketing (GCSM) is the analytics engine that enables the Global Commercial business. The team is responsible for driving Commercial Customer acquisitions engagement & retention by evolving our card & beyond-card products targeting customers over online and offline channels through delivering world-class Analytics Insights and Data Products. This specific Manager role would be a part of the Affiliate Paid Media and BTC Analytics team within AIM. The incumbent would work on a team with presence in NY and Gurgaon (India).

Responsibilities :

• Creating world class analytical solutions and developing cutting edge future-proof Identity & Personalization capabilities powered by Data Dynamic Intelligence
• Responsible for delivering innovative targeting solutions in collaboration with stakeholders across Global Commercial Services Enterprise Digital and Data Solutions group.
• Develop effective demand generation strategies through upper funnel targeting in Paid Media leveraging Commercial audiences & 2P 3P dataAnalytics to devise targeting strategy
• Develop and foster cross functional relationships with partners across American Express to ensure project prioritization and implementation
