What You'll Do
Mentor and guide adults at community work sites, modeling workplace and social skills.Support participants in reaching their Individual Support Plan (ISP) goals.Partner with local businesses to create meaningful work opportunities.Provide transportation to job sites and be a positive role model along the way.Keep simple, daily progress notes to share success with families and stakeholders.Represent respect, dignity, and compassion in every interaction.What We're Looking For
High School diploma or GED required (no degree necessary).Valid driver's license and clean driving record.Reliable, caring, and motivated personality.Good communication skills and willingness to learn.Experience with autism, disabilities, or human services is a plus (but not required-we'll train you!).Full-time : Monday through Friday, Hours : 9am - 3pm
