Opportunity : Hospital Medicine Medical Director

• Closed ICU
• ICU team runs 24 / 7 intensivist support and codes
• Manageable workload and encounters foster a balanced and supportive work environment.
• EMR : Epic.
• 3+ years of Medical Director experience preferred

Compensation : Competitive compensation package includes base plus administrative leadership stipend for an annual base compensation range of $336k-$372k. Eligible for additional productivity and quality bonuses, as well as medical director bonus. Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance. 401k with matching contributions. Annual CME allowance. Paid malpractice, including tail coverage.
