We're looking for an organized, detail-oriented, and experienced paralegal to join our bankruptcy section team. The ideal candidate will have five or more years of experience supporting attorneys in Chapter 7 and Chapter 11 bankruptcy matters, including preparing and filing petitions, schedules, statements of financial affairs, motions, and other pleadings.
The position requires proficiency with CM/ECF electronic filing, bankruptcy software such as Next Chapter or similar platforms, and a strong working knowledge of the Bankruptcy Code, Federal Rules of Bankruptcy Procedure, and Local Rules for the Northern District of Georgia. Compensation:$60,000 - $75,000 yearly
