Job Title : FP&A Lead
Location : Miami, Florida (Onsite)
Function : Finance
The Financial Planning and Analysis Lead is a highly visible senior professional role within the organization, directly reporting to the Head of Finance. Responsible for providing management with an analysis and insight of Sitero's financial results, in coordination with the broader Finance team. The overall objective is to contribute to the directional strategy as well as utilize in-depth specialty knowledge to provide advice / counsel on the evaluation of financial reports of Sitero's current and projected performance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
- Create financial reports and collaborate with the finance team to clearly summarize financial trends and provide insights to senior management
- Lead the preparation, consolidation, and analysis of financial reports, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and actionable insights for senior management.
- Partner with leadership to guide strategic business decisions, assess performance, and identify opportunities for growth and operational efficiency.
- Manage the financial planning process, including Strategic Plans, Annual Budgets, Forecasts, and Monthly Outlooks, collaborating across operational and functional teams.
- Develop and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate business performance, new initiatives, and pricing strategies for CRO services.
- Monitor and interpret operational and financial KPIs (e.g., utilization, project profitability, cost optimization, client margins, and revenue realization).
- Support strategic initiatives, including technology adoption, automation, and process optimization within finance operations.
- Deliver high-quality presentations and financial analyses to the Finance Director and Senior Leadership Team.
- Build and sustain partnerships across Finance, Operations, and Commercial teams to enhance forecasting accuracy and drive financial discipline.
- Serve as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert (SME) for senior stakeholders on financial planning and business performance matters.
- Operate with independence and strategic judgment in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Education and Experience Required :
Education : Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred.Experience : 10+ years of progressive FP&A or finance experience, preferably within a Contract Research Organization, professional services, or technology-driven company.Strong understanding of revenue recognition, project accounting, and service-based financial metrics.Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial systems such as NetSuite / Quickbooks (experience with BI tools a plus).Demonstrated success in influencing strategic decisions through financial insights and storytelling.Deep expertise in financial modeling, variance analysis, and forecasting.Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage senior leadership.Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities under tight deadlines.Self-motivated with a proactive approach and a strong sense of ownership and accountability.EMPLOYMENT TYPE : Full Time, Permanent
COMMITMENTS :
