Senior ServiceNow Developer

A company is looking for a Senior ServiceNow Developer to lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable ServiceNow solutions using platform best practices

Lead development of ServiceNow Assist features to enhance agent productivity and user experience

Configure and manage Asset Discovery Management modules and develop custom applications and integrations

Required Qualifications

10-15 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience

Proven expertise in ServiceNow Assist and Virtual Agent configuration

Strong knowledge of Asset Discovery, CMDB, and ITOM modules

Proficiency in JavaScript, Glide APIs, Flow Designer, and IntegrationHub

ServiceNow Certified Application Developer or Implementation Specialist preferred
