Staigles Steakhouse, Wiggins MS is looking for SERVERS!!!!!

Responsibilities :

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and efficient manner
• Take food and drink orders accurately and promptly
• Provide recommendations and upsell menu items to enhance the guest experience
• Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
• Ensure guest satisfaction by addressing any concerns or special requests
• Process payments using POS system (Toast POS)
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of work area
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate order delivery
• Assist with bussing tables and resetting for the next guest

Qualifications :

Previous experience in the food industry preferred

Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively

Strong guest relations skills to provide exceptional customer service

Familiarity with POS systems, for order processing and payment handling

Knowledge of reservation systems

Ability to handle food safely and follow proper food handling procedures

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
