Job Brief
Kable Workforce Solutions is hiring a Regional Sales Manager for our client. This job involves growth across your assigned territory by selling advanced cleaning systems, chemistry, parts, and services. This is a remote position for a strategic, self-motivated sales professional who thrives in complex B2B environments and enjoys building long-term client partnerships.
What’s a Typical Day Like?
- Own your territory – Prospect, qualify, and close deals for machines, parts, chemistry, and services.
- Lead the charge – Recruit, train, and manage independent commissioned sales reps to cover your sales territory effectively.
- Be the customer’s champion – Maintain strong client relationships, guiding them through every step from proposal to post-installation support.
- Seal the deal – Negotiate pricing and contract terms within executive guidelines to secure new business.
- Bridge the gap – Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, manufacturing, and proposal teams to ensure seamless project execution.
- Keep things moving – Monitor projects, manage change, and resolve issues that arise during the sales and installation lifecycle.
- Leverage your insights – Provide competitive intel and market feedback to drive strategy.
- Stay organized – Maintain up-to-date records in Salesforce CRM and support collections when needed.
- Plan for success – Build and execute a comprehensive annual sales plan for your region.
- Internal teams across lab, engineering, and operations
- External customers and prospects across your region
- A network of independent commissioned sales reps (you'll lead and support them)
What Are the Requirements of the Job?
5+ years of technical B2B sales experience, preferably in capital equipment or cleaning systemsBachelor’s degree (required)Proven success in complex sales cycles and high-value dealsNatural ability to spot business pain points and match them with solutionsDriven, resilient, and self-motivated — you know how to bounce back from “no”Skilled communicator — written, verbal, and presentationComfortable with CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) and Microsoft Office SuiteWilling and able to travel regularly (this role demands it)How to Apply And Next Steps?
