Job Description
This entry-level role provides hands-on training and mentorship while assisting licensed electricians and senior technicians with the installation, repair, and maintenance of electrical systems, cabling, and site infrastructure that support test stands, spacecraft facilities, and manufacturing operations. This position is designed for individuals starting their career in the skilled trades, offering structured development, exposure to aerospace infrastructure projects, and opportunities to grow into journeyman-level responsibilities.

Work Environment
This first shift opportunity runs Monday through Friday from 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, with potential overtime during the week and possibly on Saturdays. There is a rotating weekly on-call schedule, where each person will be on-call for a full week once every 4 or 5 weeks. This position is located at Rocket Ranch in Texas, working mostly indoors within different buildings, with some outdoor systems upkeep. You will work closely with a Team Lead and Supervisor.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $30.00 / hr.
