Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced Procurement Manager / Product Specialist (SME) with an active ISSA / TS clearance to support procurement operations and supply chain functions. This role works closely with corporate procurement teams to source materials, equipment, and services while driving cost efficiency, vendor performance, and process improvements.

Key Responsibilities :

• Work with corporate procurement teams to identify suppliers, evaluate sources, and negotiate competitive pricing for materials, equipment, and services.
• Compile and analyze procurement data to determine feasibility, pricing objectives, and sourcing strategies.
• Monitor supplier performance and ensure adherence to quality, service, and compliance standards.
• Identify opportunities to reduce cost and improve procurement processes.
• Track market trends, pricing changes, and supply chain dynamics to support strategic planning.
• Analyze business and technical processes to develop or enhance procurement information systems.
• Collaborate with business and IT teams to define system requirements, input / output specifications, and functional needs.
• Support user acceptance testing, implementation activities, and system controls.
• Represent the business unit in defining requirements and building business cases for procurement-related technology enhancements.
