Personal Injury Case Manager

A company is looking for a Personal Injury Case Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Investigate and analyze cases to determine the best legal action

Manage a high-volume caseload and prepare cases for mediation, arbitration, and trial

Negotiate settlements and maintain communication with clients and other parties involved

Required Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred

2-5 years of professional experience in a human services capacity preferred

Ability to handle bodily injury cases from start to finish

Experience with clients who have experienced trauma is preferred

Bilingual (English / Spanish) is preferred
