We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive HR Communications Support professional to join our team.The ideal candidate will provide support to the HR Administration / Communications Team, ensuring efficient operations and contributing to the overall success of our communications initiatives.Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools is essential for this role.Communications-related education and experience required.Roles and Responsibilities :
Assist in drafting, reviewing, and distributing internal and external communicationsHelp maintain consistent messaging across platforms and audiencesSupport planning and execution of associate-focused events, including messaging, logistics, supplies, etc.Coordinate tours, visitor agendas, and leadership engagementsCreate and edit PowerPoint presentations for leadership and team useDevelop visual communications tailored to associate engagement (e.g., signage, newsletters, digital boards)Manage calendars and scheduling for communications-related activitiesTrack deadlines and deliverables for ongoing projectsConduct research on industry trends and summarize findingsWork closely with all manufacturing and corporate departments to align messaging and support initiativesOnly those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.Please note that all Position start dates and duration are estimates and may be reduced or lengthened based upon a client’s business needs and requirements.Benefits :
