Will Sponsor - Physical Therapist Medicare Part B In Home Care

We’re seeking a dedicated and skilled PT to deliver one-on-one therapy to Medicare Part B and cash-paying patients in their homes. As an independent contractor, you have full control over your schedule, patient load, and work-life balance while being part of a growing, therapist-driven company.

We are willing to sponsor foreign-grad PTs with an active license in NYS.

What You’ll Need :

Doctorate, Masters, or Bachelors in Physical Therapy

Active NY State PT License

CPR Certification

Passion for helping patients achieve their highest potential

Ability to travel within Brooklyn, NY, to see patients
