ARMStaffing is seeking a travel nurse RN Labor and Delivery for a travel nursing job in Prince Frederick, Maryland.

Registered Nurse - Labor and Delivery

This is a 13-week contract position.

Night shift : 3x12 hours (19 : 00 - 07 : 00).

The Registered Nurse for Labor and Delivery will provide care to mothers and their newborns in a supportive and fast-paced environment. The nurse will be responsible for the assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of patient care throughout the labor and delivery process.

Provide nursing care to patients before, during, and after delivery.

Be an integral part of the birthing process, assisting in multiple deliveries.

Support families and provide education on postpartum care.

Ensure adherence to Baby Friendly guidelines.

Assist with care for NAS babies and other necessary nursing tasks.

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Labor and Delivery.

Current and valid Registered Nurse licensure required.

Ability to float between units as required.

Experience with patient ratios of 1 : 3-4 during days, and 1 : same during nights and weekends.
