Job description

AlliedTravelCareers is working with Lancesoft Inc. to find a qualified Ultrasound in Urbana, Illinois, 61801!

Pay Information

$2,300 to $2,600 per week

About The Position

Job details :

  • Position : Sonographer – MFM (Maternal-Fetal Medicine)
  • Location : Urbana, IL
  • Shift : 10hrs Day shift
  • Duration : 13 weeks

Job Requirements

Qualifications & Requirements

  • ARDMS certification
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) from AHA
  • Associate’s degree or Certificate of Completion in Sonography
  • 2 years experience required

    • Skills & Responsibilities

  • Perform standard and complex sonographic procedures, including ultrasound-guided techniques.
  • Review patient history, lab results, and orders for completeness and medical necessity.
  • Collaborate with MFM providers to determine the most appropriate protocols and techniques.
  • Ensure high-quality imaging and accurate data transfer to PACS and reporting systems.
  • Follow departmental protocols and manufacturer guidelines for all imaging.
  • Participate in instruction and onboarding of students or new staff.
  • Create AS OB reports and provide follow-up imaging as needed based on findings.
  • Assist in other imaging modalities as needed based on licensure.
  • Maintain equipment, workspace cleanliness, and inventory supplies.
  • Report on equipment issues and safety events promptly.
