The role functions include management of human, fiscal, material, support and systems resources while achieving and maintaining the goals of a unit or department by focusing on the unit or department's daily operations. The Clinical Nursing Manager role demonstrates a high level of integrity, willingness to take on new challenges and prioritizes associate engagement.\n\nThis position consistently promotes a positive work environment by being visible and available to all levels of staff and customers. The Clinical Nursing Manager supports associate development needs with an emphasis on evidence-based practice and education.\n\n
• 3 years RN experience, required\n\n
• 1-year clinical leadership experience, required\n\n
• A degree in nursing (BSN or MSN), required\n\n
• Masters Degree preferred\n\n
• Current RN License to practice in state of employment as applicable, required\n\n
• BLS through the American Heart Association\n\n
• Must sit for appropriate board certification within six months of hire or transfer into the role. Certification must be passed / obtained within two years of hire or transfer into the role.\n\n
• Clinical and / or Leadership certification required within 6 months of hire or transfer.
