Driven to help others succeed in a fun, energetic culture? 3–5 years in the roofing industry required 2+ years managing restoration or roofing sales teams required Valid Driver’s License and clean driving record required Able to safely climb ladders and walk roofs required Strong sales and upsell techniques Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets & CRM tools Ability to pass a drug test 90,000–$250,000+ per year (base + commissions + team overrides) Company Truck : Provided Company-Paid Insurance : Health, Dental, Vision 401k after 90 days + Life Insurance Professional Development Support Paid Time Off Full-Time | Field-Based Leadership with integrity Team success over ego Growth through mentorship Service-driven excellence Culture built on fun and impact
