We are hiring remarkable summer camp staff to serve our camp programming areas! Join our summer camp team and make $500 per week.

We are seeking a high-energy Aerial Sports Coordinator who will be responsible for enriching the camper experience through the development and delivery of age-appropriate aerial sports activities. The person in this position will develop, plan, implement, maintain, and evaluate activities for campers including low ropes, high ropes, the climbing wall, and zipline. At least 21 years of age.Experience in teaching, guiding, and working with children.Excited to be outdoors and work with youth.Interested or experienced in camp and guiding youth in a variety of activities.Energetic and has a desire to grow future girl leaders.Visual / auditory ability to respond to environmental and other hazards.Ability to respond calmly in a crisis situation.Excellent customer service, including the ability to maintain a calm demeanor with adults in conflict.Certified or able to become Red Cross First Aid / CPR / AED certified.Trained or able to become trained on all ropes elements, climbing walls, and ziplines.Willing to stay in Mindoro, WI for the entire summer and live onsite with our campers.Willing to subscribe to the philosophy of the Girl Scout program and enroll as a Girl Scout member.Available May 28th-August 11th, 2026What you will do :
Manage activity supervision and ensure policies and procedures are followed.Plan and facilitate all aerial sports activities, including low ropes, high ropes, the climbing wall, and zipline.Set and maintain standards for aerial sports programs that are safe, creative, fun, and educational.Ensure sufficient and functional supplies for aerial sports by requesting supply orders before and during campKeep accurate records of camper achievements, inventory, and supply lists.Supervise and assist with camp cleaning, sanitation, and equipment maintenance.Maintain a safe, clean, and orderly program area, including storage areas.Supervise campers to cover for breaks of other camp staff.Participate in all camp activities : campfires, games, serenades, etc.Help to ensure that the value of experiencing camp is achieved : keeping campers focused, engaged, and motivated to learn new skills.Help each Girl Scout learn to respect the rights of others and appreciate themselves and others.Assist in the opening and closing procedures of camp, including staff training.Comprehend and implement emergency procedures through regular practice drills.Maintain the health and safety of campers.Create a safe and inclusive environment for both campers and other staff.Physical & Other Requirements :
