This is a fullitme temporary position with possibilty of becoming permanent.

What Makes This Position Special?   Under the direction of the Director, is responsible for direct supervising and scheduling direct care staff and providing administrative and clerical services that includes billing, processing and monitoring payments and expenditures .

What You’ll Do :

The Skills You’ll Need :   High school diploma or GED .  At least 1 year of prior experience creating staffing schedules. Experience working with seniors recommended .  Proficiency in Microsoft Office required and 10-key by touch with the ability and willingness to learn new software, as needed .   Must be detailed -oriented and organized .   Class C driver’s license with clean DMV record .   Must have a vehicle and maintain insurance coverage. Requires 40% travel.
