Paramount Home Health Care is seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our growing team! This is a full-time position offering competitive pay, great benefits, and a sign-on bonus .

Responsibilities include :

Providing compassionate and professional patient care.

Performing office duties such as documentation, coordination, and communication with families and staff.

Assisting with patient assessments, medication management, and treatment.

Supporting both clinical and administrative operations as needed.

Qualifications :

Active Florida LPN license.

Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.

Experience in home health or healthcare office setting preferred.
