```Duties```
- Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
- Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
- Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
- Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
- Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and respect
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
- Communicate regularly with parents / guardians regarding student progress and behavior
```Experience```
