After School Teacher

```Duties```

• Create and implement lesson plans that align with the curriculum and educational standards
• Provide instruction to students in various subjects, including math, science, language arts, and social studies
• Use effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote active learning
• Assess student progress and provide feedback on their academic performance
• Maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment that fosters learning and respect
• Collaborate with other teachers and staff to develop and implement school-wide initiatives
• Communicate regularly with parents / guardians regarding student progress and behavior

```Experience```

Minimum of [X] years of experience as a school teacher or in a related field

Strong knowledge of classroom management techniques and behavior management strategies

Experience working with students of different ages and abilities, including early childhood education

Familiarity with educational resources, technology, and teaching methods

Ability to adapt lessons to meet the needs of individual students or groups

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
