Our client has an immediate opening for a skilled Accounts Payable / Accounts Receivable Specialist. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a stable, growth-oriented company in a permanent position with excellent pay and room to advance.
AP / AR Specialist Essential Job Duties :
- Manage invoicing, collections, credit checks, and cash application
- Process ACH payments and enter invoices
- Prepare and file 1099s
- Calculate and process commissions and rebates
- Assist with monthly financial reports and reconciliations
- Support year-end audit and tax payment processes
- Perform other accounting-related duties as assigned
- Maintain strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
AP / AR Specialist Requirements :
Pay :
$24-33 / hour, based on experience
