Sanhua's Microchannel and Heat Exchanger Unit is looking for an Account Manager to join our team. The KAM will focus on driving Sanhua micro channel heat exchanger (MCHE) opportunities within North America, coordinating with all global sites, subsidiaries, and partners of the key account(s). The Account Manager will constantly be ensuring Sanhua’s value is aligned with the customer’s needs.
Responsibilities
- Understands the needs of the key accounts, working with global cross-functional teams to address those needs and identifying any gaps or issues with our existing products or processes
- Articulates Sanhua’s MCHE product benefits and advantages relative to competitor offerings. Can articulate both commercial and technical offering benefits
- Responsible for preserving current business within these key accounts and developing additional opportunities as relationships grow
- Develops strategic account plans for each assigned account, considering all aspects of the key account (ie – decision making, motivation, needs, growth plans, etc.). Monitors the execution and progress of these plans and summarize status to upper management
- Facilitates coordination among other business units to share growth opportunities and provide a synchronized approach from all of Sanhua to the customer
- Works across geographic lines ensuring harmonized treatment of the accounts in all regions
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or engineering5+ years of key account management or sales experience in the HVAC industryStrong proficiency in all Microsoft applications30% - 50% Travel RequiredAccount Manager Characteristics :

Recent work experience within the HVAC industry and or Heat Exchanger productsSAP / CRM knowledgeInternational / Asia business experience is a plusTo perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
