Located in Philadelphia, our client is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Territory Sales Representative to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for building relationships. As a Territory Sales Representative, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with prospective clients in your assigned territory, promoting their services, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Serving the Philadelphia and Southern NJ Territory
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients in the assigned territory
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base
- Achieve and exceed sales targets by effectively promoting our services and solutions
- Conduct market research and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competitors
- Collaborate with the recruitment team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients through networking and referrals
- Attend industry events and conferences to represent the company and generate leads
- Prepare and present sales proposals and negotiate contracts with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of sales activity and report on sales performance regularly
- Continuously develop and improve sales techniques and product knowledge
- Travel within the assigned territory to meet with clients and attend meetings as required
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field3-5 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the recruitment or staffing industryProven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targetsStrong communication and interpersonal skillsExcellent negotiation and presentation skillsAbility to build and maintain relationships with clientsSelf-motivated and results-driven with a strong work ethicWillingness to travel within the assigned territory as neededProficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM softwareValid driver's license and reliable transportationWe Offer :
