Preferably 1 year experience working at a quick service restaurant (QSR) in a management position. 1 year of interviewing and determining hiring decisions. 1 year of scheduling experience. 2 years of inventory and truck ordering experience. 5 years of cash handling experience. 5 years of customer service experience. 1 year of managing food and labor costs / metrics. Required availability from as early as 4AM to 10PM. Active ServSafe Certification preferred. At least 18 years of age. High school Diploma / Equivalency. Valid Driver's License. A leader and role model for the employees Previous fast food / quick service restaurant experience preferred Top-notch customer service skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent leadership skills Must submit to a background check
