Job Description

Visa aims to position itself as a global leader in AI-driven innovation by leveraging Generative AI to transform Corporate IT into a strategic engine for growth. The Senior Director, GenAI will define and execute an enterprise-wide AI roadmap, ensuring ethical, secure, and compliant adoption while modernizing IT infrastructure through AI-powered automation and predictive analytics. By harnessing Visa's vast transaction data for real-time intelligence and deploying synthetic data for secure testing, this role will unlock new insights and accelerate innovation. Additionally, AI-driven tools will enhance employee productivity and customer experiences through virtual assistants, multilingual chatbots, and personalized services. These initiatives will deliver measurable outcomes, including reduced operational costs, faster product launches, improved risk management, and a stronger competitive edge.

Essential Functions :

Strategic Leadership

• Define and execute the corporate Gen AI roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Identify high-impact use cases across internal Visa enterprise clients (e.g., Corporate IT, Finance, People, Legal).
• Establish governance frameworks for ethical and responsible AI deployment.

U.S. APPLICANTS ONLY : The estimated salary range for a new hire into this position is 206,100.00 to 322,150.00 USD per year, which may include potential sales incentive payments (if applicable). Salary may vary depending on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this position may be eligible for bonus and equity.
