Unique Landscaping is seeking capable and reliable personnel to direct, plan, organize and coordinate activities and daily projects of skilled and / or unskilled workers engaging in Hardscaping, Irrigation, or Groundskeeping. Located in North Texas.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Direct activities of skilled and unskilled workers as duties are performed.
• Delegate tasks to Assistant Foreman on an as-needed basis to better supervise crews.
• Obtain and maintain knowledge of horticulture and all related practices.
• Monitor multiple project activities to ensure that instructions and design plans are followed, deadlines are met, and schedules are maintained.
• Execute operating procedures and work standards that will ensure adequate performance and personnel safety.
• Confer with other supervisors to coordinate work activities with those of other departments.
• Inspect completed work to ensure conformance to specifications, standards, and contract requirements.
