Summary :
The After Sales Logistics and Warehouse Technician is responsible for handling, labeling, inventorying physically, inventorying systematically, and organizing warranty and 0km packs. This also includes preparing service shipments to be shipped to the dealerships. The candidate must be a high-energy, hands-on individual with experience in driving a forklift, computer knowledge, motivated, well organized, attention to detail, and follow detailed processes.
ESSENTIAL ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Driving a forklift
- Able to get on and off a forklift many times during a day
- Independent / motivated worker
- A good knowledge and background of Excel
- Logistics and inventory background and knowledge
- Support monthly / weekly / daily inventory counts
- Organized and attention to detail
- Package and prepare service packs for shipping
- Inventory control (organized and follow detailed processes)
- Reflash packs with service SW (we can train but will need to follow a detailed process)
- Sort and label crates for inventory and disposition
- Support After Sales Engineer in the logistics and warehousing of service and warranty packs
- Use internal systems (MES, OWMS, SAP, PTC, A / S System, etc.) to manage on inventory and complete the orders for sale of packs, etc.
- Package and prepare for shipment of service kits
- Package and prepare service packs for shipments globally
- Conduct dock audit on packs to be shipped
- Perform other duties as necessary to support the After Sales and Customer Service team.
REQUIREMENTS :
High School Diploma or GEDExperience driving a forkliftProven ability to work in teams and to work cross-functionally
Strong interpersonal and communication skillsStrong quantitative and qualitative capabilitiesProficient with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and PowerPoint Understanding.Independent, systematic and process-oriented work, high operational readiness and sense of responsibilityExcellent written and verbal English communication skills for potentially working with customer representativesPREFERRED SKILLS :
