POSITION SCOPE

The Dozer Operator will be responsible for operating a D8 / D9 dozer to efficiently and effectively construct embankment and fill areas on a project.

This position may include day or night shift work travel overtime and weekend work.

PRIMARY DUTIES

• Safe and efficient operation of D8 and D9 dozers to meet production targets
• Conduct pre-trip / post-trip walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities
• Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns
• Complete production reporting and other documentation as required
• Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members
• Safety Safety Safety comply with all OSHA and company policies procedures and standards of safety
• Perform other duties as assigned
