Role Description

Rhett Womens Center is seeking an experienced Certified Medical Assistant to support our providers and patients in both front and back office roles . This full-time position plays a vital part in delivering the high-quality, personalized care were known for.

Responsibilities include :

• Greeting and checking in patients, managing phone calls, and scheduling appointments
• Assisting providers with exams and procedures, obtaining vitals, and updating medical records
• Preparing and maintaining exam rooms, ensuring cleanliness and proper supplies
• Coordinating lab work, follow-up calls, and patient communications
• Supporting the overall flow and efficiency of the office from the front desk to clinical care
