Job Summary :
Production Team Lead in Cassopolis, Michigan, typically oversees daily manufacturing operations, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Team Leadership and Development : Supervising and motivating a team of production associates, providing training, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
- Production Oversight : Coordinating daily production activities, monitoring production schedules, and ensuring adherence to quality standards
- Safety Compliance : Enforcing safety protocols, conducting safety audits, and ensuring compliance with company and regulatory safety standards.
- Problem Solving and Troubleshooting : Identifying and addressing production issues, coordinating with maintenance teams for equipment repairs, and implementing corrective actions.
