• Supervise and coordinate daily manufacturing activities to meet production goals
• Lead, train, and motivate a team of 10–30 production employees
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and efficiency standards
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching for continuous improvement
• Maintain accurate production records and reports
