What You'll Do :

Work closely with Agile teams to design and implement innovative technical solutions using a variety of full-stack development tools.

Stay on the cutting edge of technology trends, and share your enthusiasm by mentoring peers and engaging with the broader tech community.

Partner with digital product managers to create powerful cloud-based solutions that empower millions of customers in their financial journeys.

Utilize programming languages such as Java, Python, SQL, Node, Go, and Scala, as well as databases and container orchestration technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, paired with AWS tools and services.

Basic Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree.

A minimum of 3 years of professional software engineering experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

5+ years of experience in Java, Scala, Python, Go, or Node.js.

1+ years of experience with cloud services like AWS, GCP, or Azure.

3+ years of experience with open source frameworks.

2+ years of experience working within Agile methodologies.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are :

Riverwoods, IL : $144,200 - $164,600

McLean, VA : $158,600 - $181,000

Compensation may include performance-based incentives such as cash bonuses and long-term incentives. Capital One provides a comprehensive benefits package to support your well-being.
