Location : Remote. Hiring in the Travis Region- Austin, Tx. Working in the Austin and surrounding areas. Fully remote, but will be some member facing and into the fields for visits.

Job Description : Position Purpose : Provides clinical information and education for inbound calls and outbound calls triages behavioral health crisis calls. Uses established protocols and independent professional judgment. Documents assessment, plans, interventions and results.
Typical Day in the Role : This is a case management role. They will be working with individuals ages roughly 3-21 years old so it spans through a few development stages. They are assisting with identifying gaps in case. This is not direct care, but individuals are using those skills to complete assessments. The outreach is predominately phone.

Nice to haves : Integrity and honesty. Good communication skills is a huge plus. organizational skills. experience with the adolescence population good to have.
Disqualifiers : People who come from a long stent of private practice will likely not transition into this role well.
Performance indicators : Good tenure in roles is very important.. At least 2+ years in most positions on the resume.
