JobDescription :

WeareseekingatalentedandexperiencedArea DirectortojoinaBrandbasedoutofCleveland, OH.

Asthe Area Director,youwillberesponsibleforleadinganddirectingourstoreleaderstowardsoperationalexcellence.

Thisrolerequiresaself - motivatedindividualwithexceptionalorganizationalskills,adaptabilitytochange,andacreativemindsettoovercomechallengeswhileensuringbrandstandardsandfinancialsuccess.

YouwillprovidestrategicguidancetoourteamofGeneralManagersensuringadherencetosystemsandprocessesatthestorelevel,whilealsocontributingtotheoverallvisionofthecompany.

PrincipalDutiesandResponsibilities :

  • Engagewithunitsandteamleadersinahands - onapproach,supportingthefield.
  • Holdallleadershipaccountableforupholdingbrandstandards.
  • Mentorallpositionswithintheorganizationtofosterengagementandsuccess,ensuringavailabilityfortheirdevelopment.
  • Support,reinforce,andaligndecisionswiththeuniquecultureofourcompany.
  • AssistGeneralManagersindeliveringexceptionalguestexperiencesatourrestaurants.
  • TrainanddevelopGeneralManagers,managecareerexpectationsforthemanagementteam,andclearlycommunicatebrandandcompanystandards.
  • Understand,define,andexecutethepurpose,requirements,anddesiredresultsofallcompanyprograms.
  • Leadtheareainimplementingtheseprograms,includingrestaurantmarketing,training / talent,andrecruitingfunctions.
  • DevelopandmanagebusinessplanningprocessesincollaborationwithGeneralManagers,includinganalyzingexternalandinternalenvironmentstoidentifyareasforimprovementandrecommendingnecessarychanges.
  • Takefullresponsibilityforthefinancialperformanceofthecompany,overseeingthefinancialanalysisofindividualrestaurantsandthedistrict,andmakingrecommendationsforimprovement.
  • Manageallaspectsoftherestaurant ' sEBITDA,includingbudgetplanning,management,andperformance.
  • Analyzebusinesstrendsandfinancialdatatoassessandimproveperformance,bothoperationallyandfinancially.

Qualifications :

  • Minimumof5yearsofmulti - unitmanagementexperiencewithaprovenrecordofsuccess.
  • Strongknowledgeandskillsinanalyzingprofitandlossstatementsandthe overallfinancialperformanceofthecompany.
  • Proficiencyinstaffingwithatrackrecordofachievingresults.
  • Familiaritywithlaborlaws.
  • AdditionalRequirements :

  • Mustpossesstheabilitytolead,motivate,andempowermanagerstoachievehigherlevelsofperformance.
  • Abilitytoaligntheteamwiththecompany ' sculturebystrikingabalancebetweenseriousnessandfun.
  • Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills.
