WeareseekingatalentedandexperiencedArea DirectortojoinaBrandbasedoutofCleveland, OH.
Asthe Area Director,youwillberesponsibleforleadinganddirectingourstoreleaderstowardsoperationalexcellence.

YouwillprovidestrategicguidancetoourteamofGeneralManagersensuringadherencetosystemsandprocessesatthestorelevel,whilealsocontributingtotheoverallvisionofthecompany.
PrincipalDutiesandResponsibilities :
- Engagewithunitsandteamleadersinahands - onapproach,supportingthefield.
- Holdallleadershipaccountableforupholdingbrandstandards.
- Mentorallpositionswithintheorganizationtofosterengagementandsuccess,ensuringavailabilityfortheirdevelopment.
- Support,reinforce,andaligndecisionswiththeuniquecultureofourcompany.
- AssistGeneralManagersindeliveringexceptionalguestexperiencesatourrestaurants.
- TrainanddevelopGeneralManagers,managecareerexpectationsforthemanagementteam,andclearlycommunicatebrandandcompanystandards.
- Understand,define,andexecutethepurpose,requirements,anddesiredresultsofallcompanyprograms.
- Leadtheareainimplementingtheseprograms,includingrestaurantmarketing,training / talent,andrecruitingfunctions.
- DevelopandmanagebusinessplanningprocessesincollaborationwithGeneralManagers,includinganalyzingexternalandinternalenvironmentstoidentifyareasforimprovementandrecommendingnecessarychanges.
- Takefullresponsibilityforthefinancialperformanceofthecompany,overseeingthefinancialanalysisofindividualrestaurantsandthedistrict,andmakingrecommendationsforimprovement.
- Manageallaspectsoftherestaurant ' sEBITDA,includingbudgetplanning,management,andperformance.
- Analyzebusinesstrendsandfinancialdatatoassessandimproveperformance,bothoperationallyandfinancially.
Qualifications :
Minimumof5yearsofmulti - unitmanagementexperiencewithaprovenrecordofsuccess.Strongknowledgeandskillsinanalyzingprofitandlossstatementsandthe overallfinancialperformanceofthecompany.Proficiencyinstaffingwithatrackrecordofachievingresults.Familiaritywithlaborlaws.AdditionalRequirements :
Mustpossesstheabilitytolead,motivate,andempowermanagerstoachievehigherlevelsofperformance.Abilitytoaligntheteamwiththecompany ' sculturebystrikingabalancebetweenseriousnessandfun.Excellentinterpersonalandcommunicationskills.Willingnesstorecognizepersonalshortcomingsandactivelyseekimprovement.Proficientinsettinggoals,creatingplans,andtranslatingplansintoactionforindividualrestaurantsandtheentiredistrict.Abilitytomeasureperformanceobjectivelyandsubjectively,holdingdirectaccountabilitytomeetperformanceexpectations.Benefits :
