S&D Automotive is a full-service automotive repair shop located in Twin Falls, Idaho, offering a variety of services, including oil changes, alignments, tire repair or replacement, brake repairs, engine work, and more. Our experienced and certified technicians have the expertise to handle all kinds of automotive repairs.

We are currently seeking an Experienced Mechanic to join our team!

    Requirements : Requirements

    We are looking for motivated individuals who are ready to be part of a team and contribute to the community. If you enjoy working on a variety of vehicles and want to make a real impact, we want to hear from you!

  • At least 2 to 5 years of hands-on experience working as an automotive technician.
  • Advanced knowledge of automotive systems and operations.
  • Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting vehicle issues using diagnostic tools, performing tests, and identifying necessary repairs.
  • Skilled in performing a variety of mechanical repairs and services, including removal and reinstallation of parts, and completing service procedures.
  • Ability to perform thorough inspections on vehicles to assess service and repair needs based on mileage and condition.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proficiency in using computers and diagnostic tools for vehicle diagnostics, accessing repair instructions, and using customer management software.
  • Capable of lifting over 50lbs without assistance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 60 minutes at a time).
  • Basic math and counting skills for performing repair estimates and parts ordering.
  • Proficient in performing both fine and major motor skills to complete repairs, vehicle inspections, and shop duties, including reaching overhead, bending, stooping, and other physical tasks.
