Job Description

The Workers’ Compensation Law Case File Manager will be managing the day-to-day activities on assigned files under the direction of the handling attorney.

Job Qualifications

• Proficiency in English & Mandarin required, Cantonese preferred but not required.
• Education : High school or equivalent (preferred)
• Experience : No experience necessary.
• Accurately type 45 words per minute
• Demonstrate a team-oriented collaborative work style
• Excellent written / verbal communication skills with attention to detail
• Excellent hands-on computer skills including working in a paperless environment
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent telephone etiquette and enjoy daily interaction with the firm’s clients
• Ability to multi-task and utilize critical thinking skills
