Overview

Our Client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead safety compliance, subcontractor management, bid pricing review, GC coordination, change management, and team leadership across technology and low-voltage scopes of work. This includes oversight of structured cabling, IT infrastructure, and PS / MS DAS systems. The ideal candidate will be a subject matter expert with strong leadership, communication, and project management skills, able to seamlessly integrate technology scopes into large-scale construction projects.

Key Responsibilities – Core

Champion and model a strong safety culture, ensuring compliance and mentoring others.

Oversee design and construction efforts to meet constructability, quality, and financial standards.

Participate in RFP processes, subcontractor scope reviews, leveling, and contract negotiations.

Manage subcontractors and suppliers, including scheduling, communications, reporting, and coordination.

Oversee change orders, bid pricing reviews, and overall project budgets.

Provide technical expertise in design assist, installation, and integration of systems.

Coordinate with general contractors and internal teams to maintain project schedules and milestones.

Ensure proper documentation, reporting, and project closeout procedures.

Lead, coach, and motivate project teams in alignment with company values.

Additional Responsibilities

Manage consulting processes between owners, contractors, and technology partners.

Stay current on new technologies to support Smart Building initiatives.

Maintain professional development through industry training and associations.

Build and maintain strong civic, union, and local organizational relationships.

Contribute to recruiting, training, and developing project staff.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail.

Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.

Proficiency in MS Office and project management tools.

Ability to develop proposals, budgets, and detailed work plans.

Proven interpersonal skills, self-starter mindset, and strong follow-through.

Deep knowledge of project management processes and lifecycle.

Ability to build strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Financial acumen to manage budgets, ensure profitability, and identify future opportunities.
